Training on-board for Crew is applied to ensure everybody have the same level of competencies especially in technical wise to ensure the ship operates smoothly and safely. The Senior Officer on-board would be the center point of information and learning guides regarding the Safety Management System, Procedures and other required technical competencies. Hence, Trainings on-board are expected to equip the Senior Officers as the Management representative to be able sharing all the knowledge and skills for Crews in respective ships to operate the Ship effectively. The Mentorship would create team cohesiveness, ease life on-board and develop cadre growth.
